Receptionist/Marketing Position

Job Description:

This is a full-time position. The Receptionist/Marketing position is responsible for providing front-office support while assisting with marketing initiatives and company events. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manages marketing and social media content, and supports planning and coordination of events and expos. The Receptionist / Marketing ensures the office operates efficiently while promoting a professional and welcoming environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally. 
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. 
  • Develop marketing content for social media, website, and other platforms. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage company expos and promotional events. 
  • Organize and execute internal company events. 
  • Manage company social media pages, including posting, engagement, and reporting. 
  • Perform miscellaneous office tasks, including filing, data entry, and general administrative support. 
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications. 

Physical and Environmental Factors: 

  • Ability to work in an office environment for extended periods. 
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift light office materials as needed. 
  • Ability to work at a computer, phone, and office equipment for most of the workday. 
  • Primarily indoor, office-based position. 

Education and/or Experience: 

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not required. 
  • High School Diploma and/or GED is preferred. 
  • Basic knowledge of office software, social media platforms, or marketing tools is a plus.
