Jolma Utilities is looking for 2 Operators and 1 Laborer to join our civil construction team for solar field development projects. These positions involve equipment operation, grading, access road construction, and site preparation.
Employment Responsibilities & Qualifications-
- Experience with dozers, excavators, and skid steers, with solid understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations
- Skilled in grading, access road construction, and laydown area setup/removal (including finish work)
- Class A CDL preferred; valid Driver’s License with acceptable record and non-expired CDL required
- Minimum age: 21 (preferred)
- Ability to safely use small tools/hand tools
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Highly safety-conscious with knowledge of industry-standard safe working practices
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in underground utility construction preferred
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with crew, leadership, and clients
- Must meet the physical demands of the position
- Willingness and ability to travel to sites outside of WI as required
Out-of-Town Work-
- Must be available for Monday–Friday travel or longer-term assignments (typically home on weekends)

Pay Range: $22-$46 per hour depending on experience.
