Vibratory Plow Operator/Laborer

Employment Responsibilities:

Assist in the loading/unloading of equipment, materials, and supplies needed for daily work.
Must assist leadership (Foreman and or supervisors) with all duties
Safely operate plow equipment on job site which may include but is not limited to the following: Plow, Backhoe/Excavator, skid steer, tractor-trailer (moving equipment/Haul Water) vacuum excavator trailer.
Restores and/or landscape-disturbed areas of the job site.
Responsible for the set-up and clean-up
Ability to follow instructions

Qualifications:

Must be experienced with plow equipment and understand their capabilities and limitations
Experience with plow setup and design processes
CDL Preferred or ability and willingness to get one ASAP
Must be a minimum of 21 years old
Knowledge of safe digging practices
Basic ability to use small tools/hand tools safely
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and non-expired CDL
Must be able to proficiently use locators to safely identify utilities
Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must be very safety conscientious
Must have availability to work overtime when needed
High School diploma or GED required.
Previous experience and knowledge of underground utility construction
Knowledge and understanding of reading drawings and ability to follow specifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with Crew, Leadership, and clients
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Possess knowledge of industry-standard safe working practices
Must be able to travel to various sites as required outside of WI
Out of Town: Must be able to work out of town Monday-Friday or long term (Typically home on weekends)
